Who it's for

Three situations, a tailored senior response to each.

Your markets are running without a pilotWe have distributors in Asia, but no one left to manage them.

An outsourced regional sales manager takes over the existing business, then opens new distributors if you wish.

Regional sales manager · packages 01 and 02
You want to scale upWe want to build our brand in Asia, not just sell.

A part-time export director leads strategy, markets and key accounts, without the cost of a hire.

Part-time export director
You are going through a difficult periodOur export director has left and revenue is falling.

A fast start to stabilize customers, turn sales around and organize the handover to your teams.

Interim export director
Services

Two levels, four packages. From regional sales manager to export director.

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call, followed by a quote. A daily rate is the main fee structure.

We want to test Asia, but we can't make a permanent hire. We'd prefer a senior profile while keeping the flexibility of an external consultant.

That is exactly the idea behind these packages: an experienced regional sales manager or export director, operational immediately, at the pace you choose, with no employment contract or long-term commitment.

Your questions

What executives ask me.

Why an outsourced export partner rather than a new hire, a VIE or Business France?
  • Hiring an Asia export director : €140k to €180k per year including social charges, €20k to €30k in recruitment fees and 6 to 12 months before becoming operational. Part-time leadership, 3 days a week, costs about 30% less, with no recruitment or severance costs.
  • VIE / VIA : a junior profile, with no network, to be managed from France.
  • Business France : useful for identifying contacts, but no follow-up after signing.

I start within 2 to 4 weeks, with a 15-year network in tableware and food & beverage, and I stay on through the replenishment orders.

Which package fits my situation?

Your markets are running but no one is managing them: regional sales manager · takeover, 1 day a week, no prospecting. You also want to find new distributors: regional sales manager · development, 2 days a week. You need a strategy and someone to lead it: part-time export director, 3 days a week. Your company is going through a difficult period: interim export director, 5 days a week. The first 30-minute call is where we decide.

How quickly can an interim engagement start?

Usually within two weeks of signing. Urgent matters (customers, distributors, stock) are handled in the first week, and the full diagnosis is delivered at D+30.

We've already tried exporting and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Most failures come from poor calibration (price, channel, distributor), a lack of follow-up after signing, or a volume-driven approach without brand building. The audit settles the first issue before any long-term commitment; the other two are at the heart of the engagement.

How do I get a country profile?

All country profiles are free to download from On the Ground : 16 bilingual French-English pages (market, mapping of points of sale, action plan). To discuss, book 30 minutes or write to me via the form.
